The CETEQ (Conseil des entreprises en technologies environnementales du Québec) awarded Aerocycle the EnviroLys 2013 Award in the Innovation and Environmental Protection category. The award highlights the company’s environmental efforts.
The dismantling methods developed by Aerocycle made it possible to reduce the amount of materials sent to landfill and to better control the environmental risks associated with hazardous waste management. The company’s recovery rate reaches over 80% of total aircraft mass.
